All About Bindings Class - Saturday March 16 (12-3)

You will learn how to determine size and amount of binding needed, how to cut and join strips together, sew to edge, miter corners (successfully) and stitch down by hand or machine. If you want a "hands-on" experience, bring a small quilt ready to go or create one 36 x 36 as a practice project.

SUPPLIES NEEDED:
- 36 x 36 quilted sandwich –(two pieces of fabric with batting and quilted) or a small quilted project ready to bind
- Sewing Machine
- Walking Foot
- Thread and basic sewing supplies
- Scissors, pins, seam ripper
- Rotary cutter
- Cutting mat
- 6 x 24 or 6 x 12 inch ruler or Shape Cut Ruler (if you have one)
