Cancellation Policy

Please also call us (507-377-1163) if you cannot attend.

We understand that unanticipated events occasionally happen in everyone’s life. Illness, weather, family emergencies are a few reasons why one might consider cancelling. If you need to cancel, one-half of the retreat payment is refunded up to 3 weeks prior to the start of the retreat. After that date, no refund is allowed.

If Calico Hutch is required to cancel the event, both your deposit and payment can be refunded or transferred to another retreat event.
